The loose band of wolves she had grown up with hadn't been terribly social; not with outsiders, at least. Ambrosia had been raised to be self-sufficient and independent, and part of her expected the same of most wolves. That was why the sudden approach of a stranger surprised her, though she didn't outwardly show it. She wore a faint smile instead of showing alarm, her tail flicking behind her as she observed the white-coated female. It was rare she saw someone with such a striking coat - to her, blues and greens were common fur colors, and white was unusual. Her gaze lingered for a long moment before she tilted her head slightly to the side. "Beautiful, indeed," Ambrosia admitted, her voice tinged with a very slight - and very faint - accent. It made her sweet tones seem a touch exotic, though not downright foreign. "I can't say I've ever seen sand of such a color." It'd been some time since she'd made her way to the mainland; perhaps it wasn't that uncommon. She had no idea.

She hardly had a moment to deduce what sort of wolf this white beauty might be before she heard the approach of another. This one had an even stranger color, a vibrant pink, and Ambrosia couldn't help but let her eyes widen in appreciation. It was a shame she couldn't sling her over her shoulder and take her back home to barter with. She sure would fetch a good price, she thought to herself, her lips turning up slightly in a wider smile now. It seemed like the newest arrival was giving her a similar look, if she wasn't mistaken. "Well, if that isn't the strangest way I've ever been greeted," Ambrosia teased Agria, raising her brows slightly in appraisal. Her gaze lingered on her for a moment before dancing over to Vali, wondering how to proceed. "Do the two of you lovely ladies live nearby?" Perhaps at least she could get a feel for the land before entering it blindly.
