When I close my eyes to this paradox place

Bane peered across the snow to stare at Loccian from where he lay, the she wolf had a worried look across her muzzle and he began to grow a tad bit concerned. Was she ok?
"Hey you..." The grey wolf gave a somewhat forced smile as he stood up and began to stalk up to his packmate. A smile was going at the mention of how she had hoped the he had not gotten lost amidst he blizzard.

"I could say the same for you, only it's that I didn't lose my sense of direction... if only for a little bit. Its that I lost a packmate. Then I just followed my nose in the morning." Bane reached her side and sniffed both her cheeks in greeting. "You ok? That was quite a blizzard back there. Nothing smells wrong with you."
