Ashmedai listened as Dragon spoke to him. It felt almost like he was being treated as an actual adult. Dragon talked about the complications of alliances and raids and stuff and Ashmedai quirked a brow, "You plannin' on making a habit out of raiding others?"

To be honest, Ashmedai didn't care if Dragon wanted to raid every single pack. Dragon then asked how he would choose between an alliance and a friendship. Ash shrugged, "Depends on which is more important to me. When I was in a pack, I sometimes had to choose between packmates or friends. Sometimes you have to choose between family and friends too. I don't see alliances any differently."

Ashmedai tilted his head, "Of course, if you're in an alliance, it's your job to make your terms clear and to keep up with your allies to that conflicting interests or conflicting ideals don't end up ignored, you know? Treat it like any other relationship you'd want to flourish."
