Lose my Mind

She ignored his greeting bump and his smile twisted into surprise and confusion. What was wrong? Why was she ignoring him. Instinctively his ears flattened against his skull hoping he hadn't done something wrong. Then her still eyes looked directly towards him and her eyebrows scrunch in fury. He was so confused at her reactions. Was her disappearing something she made happen on purpose? Why would she do such a thing? Why would she up and leave her family?

Then she began to speak confusing him more. Telling him to go home, to not worry about her. He just did not understand it one bit.

"Do you have a fever Argus, because you are not making any sense," he started with a slight worried whine. "Why in the world would you ever think you are a burden?"

Little did she know that the talk him and their mother had was about the brutal reality of how they were created. About their monster of a father who attacked Marina, broke Marina, then force bred her. It had nothing really to do with any of his siblings other then the truth of their creation.
