Character Name: Pixie Ancora

Design: Design 5, edited slightly to have tan toes and white neck/stomach

Personality:

Pixie is no longer the shy wolf that she used to be, having grown more confident in herself while she was away. She still doesn’t like to be the center of attention when it involves a large crowd, though. Rather, she’d prefer just two or three wolves if she absolutely has to address all of them. While no longer to the extent she used to do, Pixie still tries to make herself blend in. She doesn’t want to do anything that would cause her to stand out or make a scene. Since she’s so small, she believes that this is a bonus to being able to blend in. After all, nobody would notice a tiny wolf, when there’s much larger ones around.

Just like before she left, Pixie dislikes any sort of fighting and looks down upon it, wondering why everyone just can’t get along. The sight of blood makes her a bit sick, but she can force that aside to heal someone, even if it lingers for a while afterwards. When it comes to healing, or learning about it, she seems to be drawn in, like nothing else would stir her from it until it’s over with. Unless she absolutely had to, for defense, Pixie would never hurt any creature. Even if she had to, guilt would tug at her and she’d try her best to show mercy any way that she could. This probably makes her a target, but she believes that she’ll be fine as long as she doesn’t bother anyone. That’s the way she believes it should be, anyways; nobody fighting, and all of them living in peace.

Pixie is loyal, although most of that loyalty is directed towards her family rather than anyone else. These are the wolves she loves the most, of course, so she would never turn her back against them. Her family has a special place in her heart, but out of all of them, her mother and Okami are the ones she cares for the most. These two are the ones that she looks up to and respects, ones that she wants to hear the opinions of. Just like with her family, Pixie wants to know what her friends think of her, and how she could be a better friend. While she may have been discouraged by negative feedback in the past, it now only makes her determined to be better than she had been, and the best she can be.

Pixie doesn’t want to get hurt, even if it's for the sake of others. She doesn’t want others to be hurt, either. Having a dislike of when others worry about her, she’ll try her best to stay out of danger, and keep others out of danger as well. This even reaches to how she treats wolves she doesn’t know. She can’t trust them, and they may be a bit dangerous. She’d rather get to know them well before she spent a lot of time around them. Before then, she may come off as a bit standoffish, giving short answers and not being the most friendly. Regardless of if she trusts them or not, there’s one thing that she cannot do, and that’s leave an injured creature. Pixie’s soft hearted, although she wouldn’t like to admit it, and would heal even the worst wolf if it came down to it, even if it meant being judged for it. At least she helped someone that day.

Finally, Pixie is a bit overprotective of her family. While nothing’s happened to her, she’s seen a lot, and she doesn’t want that to happen to those she cares about. She’d much rather keep a wolf she didn’t trust away from her family than let them even breathe the same air. She doesn’t want them to do anything that would get them hurt, and she’d try and advise them against anything that would potentially be dangerous, although she wouldn’t go so far as to forcefully stop them. She believes that would hurt them more than anything. She’ll not like it if they do decide to go through with it, and she’ll make it painfully clear as well.

What has she been up to?: After the death of her father, Pixie, then named Charm, went to find herself after a tearful goodbye from her siblings. She wasn't exactly sure what she had been planning to do, but it was a way to do something to make herself stronger. For a while, she traveled almost nonstop, and found a small group of wolves, all mismatched and strange but all the same moving as a unit.

She loved their culture, how they traveled, and how the hunting was done, everyone pulling their weight but nobody being pushed away. It didn't last long, though. A much larger, aggressive pack interrupted their journey one day, chasing them away and separating them. Pixie wound up having to lead a wolf her age, one who got his paw hurt while running.

Along the way, she grew closer to this wolf, eventually coming to view him as more than a friend, but homesickness clawed at her. When she got him back home to the group, she admitted that it was time for her to go. He tried to get her to stay, but she couldn't.

On her way back home, she decided on a new name. She was no longer Charm; she was someone new. Instead, she was Pixie.

Rp Sample: She was almost home; Pixie could make out some of the familiar territory that she had seen so long ago. It wouldn't be long before she could see her siblings, and her mother again. A pang went through her; she wasn't expecting the homesickness to hit her this hard, or at least not now. Not when she was close enough that it'd only be a few day's journey to meet her family again, if weather held out and she traveled at a steady pace. Really, Pixie would have been lying if she said that she wasn't scared of how her family had changed, if they had. It had been a year; they may have in some way. She had changed, herself, so she knew that her siblings likely would have as well. She had hope that they'd act how they used to, though. She wanted it to be easy to just fall back in the routine they had.

Pixie would also have to hope the new name didn't bother them.
