Player Activity Check

With the upcoming holiday season just around the corner, we're going to do a quick activity check to get the Player Database cleaned up and unplayed characters set inactive before everyone gets too busy with family. It'll be pretty simple, just post here with the below code filled out and that's it! Posting here does NOT invalidate an absence. Being on absence doesn't excuse you from it either so please, even if you are on an official absence, take the time to post here so that your characters are not set inactive. That would be terribly inconvenient for everyone later! You will have two weeks (until November 23rd) to get your activity check in.
