As she had known he would Levi responded to her prompting, giving her the go ahead to bare her soul to him, and she would not hold back with his encouragement so easily given. She sighed and for a moment tucked her head against her chest, letting their proximity calm her as she fought to put her darkly swirling thoughts into order. "Father..." Her tone was cold, colder than it ever had been when discussing Sam. "Father has forgotten himself and us, he has chosen to lay with one of the men who destroyed our lives, our chances at peace." She looked up at her brother, her hatred plain upon her face; a rare sight for her brother's eyes only as she did not feel the need to mask herself in front of him. "He has betrayed us and ours and I would not have him forget it." Her lips curled. "I would have him destroyed, he has crossed us and I want to see everything taken from him!" She trailed off for a moment, taking a moment to swiftly kill the part of her that had flared up with regret. "Will you help me?" She already knew the answer. |
