Fallen, fallen was the old Glaciem that the dame had known since her adoption into this family. Took in was she along with her sister Keki with Crusade as their adoptive mother. Joy did she have and happiness until Keki got raped and bore her three nephews. Time did no one seem to have for her anymore. Cooperation did she have and does she....off by herself...around and about... Sadness in her heart for the time her sister and family no longer had for her. Guilt, for following her sister...for letting her mother sacrifice her life for hers... More guilt for being jealous of the puppies that took that time away. Loneliness with each and every passing day. Where did the dame go with the high spirits and the bounce in her step? Those high spirits out out...while the bounce, deflated.

Maka silently sat on her haunches...probably unnoticed so far. Due to her small size and the fact that she was a runt; well, she wasn't that easy to spot in a gathering of quite a few wolves. Her turquoise gaze turned towards her sister Keki as she saw one of her nephews Tiberious nuzzle into her sister's fur. A small smile appeared on her maw at the little action the puppy had done. Maka wished she could still get a caring as loving touch from her sister....but Keki's orbs my even too busy to even notice her sister looking at her. Maka sighs before turning towards the dame who had claimed Glaciem then to her mother, Crusade. Maka felt like she was the only one in this family that wasn't happy. The only one that actually felt left out.

The pressure on the dame only grew stronger as Crusade went for a move to leave with the family...and that meant Maka as well if it was her choice to do so. Such a choice was she unprepared for...she needed time to think. Of course usually you would expect her to rise and follow her mother to where she was now standing. But no....Maka sat there contemplating her final verdict. If she went with them she would feel like a burden and that silent loner of a wolf among the family. Even though if she did bring some joy to one of her nephews... And if she stayed would the dame wallow in the guilt of her own greed in staying here and not going with her family. Greedy should she not be... The she-wolf looked up at her sister Keki and their gazes met. Her turquoise eyes brimmed with small tears as Maka turned away. She was ashamed that she was even thinking about this. Family first right? But she didn't feel like family...she felt like a nobody again...

"Keki...I-I can't..." she stammered before turning to look back at their mother.

Her heart was beating a like a minute and her pelt felt as if it was heating up by her shoulder blades. It felt as sweat was dripping down her forehead when it wasn't even sweaty at all.

Maka then came to the final verdict.....she would follow instead of stay. The dame wanted to stay before but knew it would be better with family whether she be noticed or not. They were all she had left and all she could hope for still. For all the wolf knew she had no hope left for any sort of miracle to happen again. Maka would still remain the same and die alone...die loved but not realize it...and probably die sad. Her turquoise gaze averted to the ground before she stood up and gave a small nod towards her sister.

"I can....I can..." she said before walking up to stand beside her mother and brothers and sisters, nephews, and so much more family and other wolves that would decide to follow. She can break Glaciem but she can't break the family....or could she? Maka kept her eyes glued to her paws as her tiny frame stood behind Crusade and waited for someone to move and get out of here.... She was done with her final verdict. But neither not word have made her happy and nothing ever will.
