I was a lilac sky

She wasn't sure where she was going, but she found that she didn't mind it. Wandering was just something she did and she did it well. In fact, judging by the fact that she hadn't seen her siblings or father in a while, that they did it quite well too. While some small part of her missed them, she mostly was content with her solitary and lackadaisical lifestyle. How could she not be? Of course company was always welcome here and there. Mostly she just missed having a presence next to her, whoever it ended up being for the day. They didn't even have to be by her side permanently. She just wanted to see new faces. It was hot and her dark colored coat soaked up the suns rays easily and further warmed her up. Was this area always so hot or was it just one of those days? Having spent some time up north she wasn't quite sure what was normal, but she supposed she'd find out soon enough. She was going to explore and she wasn't gonna stop until she'd been everywhere. She kept going until the scent of another caught her attention. Oh good, company! Well, almost company. Bright blue eyes scanned the area around her until her brows furrowed in confusion. She could smell the wolf, but she couldn't actually see them. Oh! Maybe they were shorter than the grass. Maybe they were shorter than her! That would be pretty awesome to find someone shorter than her for once. She padded forward a few more steps before calling out. "Anyone there? I can smell you you know." Walk, "Talk" Think |
