He could feel his heart drumming steadily inside his chest, acutely aware of each beat that pounded against the confines of his chest. It was like suddenly, everything became clearer, sharper. As if his sense suddenly zeroed in on everything around him but most importantly his wife-to-be, the lovely little dove standing at his side, waiting for her friend to announce the start of the ceremony. Mismatched gems were steady on the elder ebony woman as she began the ceremony, going through what he assumed were the standard procedures before getting to the part where she asked the couple if they took each other in holy matrimony. I do. He spoke confidently, allowing a glance towards Song as she repeated the phrase before allowing his gaze to fall back on Silent, his heart lurching into his throat as Silent officially announced them husband and wife. An uncontrollable grin broke across his fa?ade, crown tipping back towards the heavens, a joyous song erupting from his inky lips to join the voices of his new wife and her friend. Song was his wife!

Cherokee allowed his call to echo out into the lands, dropping his head back nearly at the same time the two girls did, mismatched gems affectionate as they looked to Silent, who presented him with a nuzzle after Song. Thank you so much Silent. I will forever be grateful that you were able to do this for us. Salmon tongue caressed the elder woman's cheek in a gentle kiss as he turned to his new wife, tucking her lovingly under his chin, unable to believe that she was officially his now
