He didn't fail to notice the way his sister reacted to his question, and Torin quirked a brow in a knowing fashion. Still he allowed her to give her explanation and he frowned slightly. He had very briefly been distracted from his worries but she had managed to bring it back. He sighed and rose to his paws again. "Shall we then?" He gestured to the open expanse around them.

The boy set to sniffing at the ground around them, in truth he didn't expect to find any trace of their mother but it gave him something to do besides stew in his misery.
