Description of random event: Someone has been leaving painted rocks above buried treasures around Boreas and Auster for awhile now. No one ever thought to track down who was doing it, as the gesture was cute and something pups could do together. No one ever thought anything malicious would come of it, until the painted rocks started appearing over traps.

This could be a random event where everyone is trying to track who leaves the rocks. RNG could be used to predict whether someone uncovers a treasure or trap, or perhaps even stumble across the one leaving the rocks red handed!
