How's that guilt feel?

I'll show you how a heart can never fail
Was it possible to be this angry? He never would have imagined it - this white hot feeling that boiled within his very veins fueled by adrenaline and the pent up aggression he'd kept to himself since bringing this man here. Why had he brought him here? Why hadn't he just ended it when he'd found Jewell on that blasted island with Leshia and Frost. Even that anger felt different than the absolute loathing he felt right now.
He'd come into the man's sleeping chambers earlier to bring him food and then Rory could barely even remember what had happened next. It felt almost like a blur to him - one minute he was dropping food off and the next thing he knew the man had antagonized him. And then something in Rory just snapped. He'd been absolutely sick of having an enemy with the pack territories and he finally found the rage filled courage to do something about it.
He'd never killed anyone before. He'd thought about killing this man on more than one occasion, but he'd never quite believed he'd actually do it. Castrate him? Most definitely. Death was such a permanent solution, but it was a solution and at the moment Rory was still too fueled by wrath to let himself come to the full realization at what he'd done.
"Ariet Lore.... Answer Jewell's questions."
Ears flicked and the fires of his angry heart died just a bit at the rainbow colored woman's voice. Crap, what was she doing here? Guilt washed through him as he realized that he'd ended this man's life before Jewell could get any answers. He glared at the corpse for a brief moment before turning and walking towards the mouth of the den blood splattered and unkempt. He tried to hide himself in the shadows the best he could as he glanced down at Jewell.
"I'm sorry Jewell, he won't be able to answer your questions."
