Smoldering Remains

Blood eyes. They where obvious against the darkened surroundings. The sinister trees looked taller than any others he?d seen on his travels, maybe he was imagining things, - nightfall was beginning to do that alot lately. This forest had seen better days, the ash and scoot was still ever present, as if it had just passed only moments ago, and yet, the embers of a past flames sensed to expose them with that burning, gold color. The earth beneath him was grainy, the fresh air, had disappeared with the felling of lush grass beneath his paws, the silvery male wouldn?t be able to explain why he was here, or even why he was awake at this hour, the best as excuse he could pull was his curiousness, the need fore adventure, and explore this new place he stumbled upon. He?d always know that there was a much bigger world out there, now he was here, determined to seek out what he had been missing, the beast was surely a long way form his home, if you could call it that, it wasn?t much of a toasty, loving, environment, that youngsters seemed so luck to have these days. It gave him character though, he would at least give it that.
The particles drifting in the air where beginning to become annoying, as he navigated his way through the burnt woodland, apparently, his body didn?t know weather to sneeze or cough, both of them felt rather painful at the moment, his nose felt as though as it would burst into flames at any second, his lungs where starting to following his noses lead. Still, he pressed on in hopes of finding company, he?d grown quite accustomed to long, lonely nights of a rogue, the man was still unsure if he was truly fit for crowds, and communicating.Packs where always so up tight these days, such nature never really appealed to him, he knew that that world was a unmerciful, dark place, but, surely there was times of happiness and joy - right?
His ears flicked as he tried to hone in his senses for anything that was still around as usual - nothing. He often wondered if he?d stumbled onto some forbidden place, this area was oddly quite,it?d been a while sense he?d scented another of his kind, all he ever saw was large elk, and deer, grazing across the pastures, game that he only wished he could overwhelm on his own, although, he was rather reckless as a inexperienced pup, Crimzen was wise enough not to attempt to chase a meal he clearly had no chance in getting, wasted energy is fatal.A small sigh escaped his maw shaking his head of his troubling thoughts, settling himself near a scorned tree, red orbs surveying the bleak area pondering what he should do next.
