He went to the water's edge and bent down for a drink while his ears were pointed towards her as she spoke. She said she was fine, but when he raised his lead and looked to her he saw her head turned away and his tracker nose was able to pick up the foul smell of stomach bile. His nose twitched unsure what to make of it. She claimed she was perfectly fine so Frost decided to not press her for information. It she really would like to tell him, then she would. Maybe she just needed some company to make her feel better. She was apologetic about getting sick and he shook his head lightly indicating that there was no need to apologize. She couldn't help it and he knew that.
She then asked how he was and he took a seat feeling a little tired all of a sudden. He was starting to realize he was getting older, though he didn't want to admit it to anyone. He still felt he had several years to live, but there was things in his life he had yet to accomplish. Though none of these thoughts needed to be expressed, no need to try and lift his mental burden on this young women.
"I'm doing fine. I'm really glad that winter is finally over," he replied with a smile. "If you don't feel any better, you might want to venture to find Stardust I'm sure she has something to sooth a belly ache." he offered.
