Maggie really wasn't aware of any approaching wolves, she was a little too wrapped up in her her amusing new game. The woman would snort violently, sending a bubble of sand bursting towards the surface before it caved in again slightly. She had managed to be endlessly amused by this, almost pup like in her simple minded pleasure. A voice startled her and out of pure instinct she gasped. But of course her face was buried in sand so instead she inhaled a great big gulp of sand instead. Reeling back Magnolia coughed, trying to clear the sand from her lung. It was more like hacking actually, as she gagged and wheezed and finally seemed to be able to breath properly again, though he mouth was dry and grains of sand grinding into her molars uncomfortably. "Well I was." She finally managed to wheeze, though her tone still managed to be light and mildly self-mocking. |
