Ow, ow, OW! The whole side of his head hurt and the pain spiked in time with his heartbeat. For a moment as he stared up at Divo, Jupiter wasn't sure what was going on, but the fogginess cleared as his friend stared down at him. He blinked up at her with wide, startled eyes. "You hit me," he stated slowly as he tried to digest that fact. She'd hit him. Hard. Across the face. With his beatin' stick of all things!

He needed to shake it off. Even though his face hurt and one ear rang, he just needed to stand up and be a man about it.

Slowly Jupiter got his paws under him and then after the blood quit making whooshing sounds in his ears, he stood up. See? All better. He was totally fine. It was okay if his head felt light and the side of his face felt a little stiff. It was all good. "It's okay, I'm alright, see? Wow, that's a good beatin' stick..."
