Wash It All Away

Aerndis has been taking a nice dustbath when there had been a howl for everybody to show up.  She flipped onto her paws, ears twitching. Did it mean everybody? Or everybody everybody? She waited for her mother to call, that was how she figured she would know if it was important. In the mean time she continued her dust bath. When she was good and dirty she got to her feet and shook off the excess. Ahhhhh… nothing like a good healthy coating of earth. Now she was ready to go hunting.  Although… maybe she should see what was going on.

Aern stood for a moment in indecision then trotted over toward the meeting.  She gazed at all the wolves there before moving to sit next to her brother. Where was mom?
