Teeth clacked together and she could feel a slight tension in the air. Something she had said must have hit a nerve making her more curious as to what had happened. Then his question made her realize what had struck a nerve. It seems he did not like the fact the women had left the pack. Was it because he wanted to keep tabs on her?
"Yes she asked Regulus to leave and did not take any of her children with her, current litter or the one from her previous litter," she replied.
He then went on to explain why he was out for revenge and though he was only one side of the story, she did not argue with his point. If he felt she had messed with his family then there would be no arguing because Ella would probably feel the same way. Family was vary important to her and anything that messed with that could be worth revenge on.
"I'm sorry," she replied. He might have not wanted to hear it, but she was sorry for whatever trouble the women had caused in his life. "And no she never acknowledged it."
