One For The Money

Deoxys... so that was the name of one of the many spirits he sought out? It was a neat name. Sounded mysterious if he could call it that. The spirits questioned him, asking what was troubling him, and all too eager was he to spill his problem to the spirit Deoxys. "Well for one, I'm blind. I need to know if others might still be willing to follow me in the future. And secondly...I fear I've fallen for someone, but I'm not sure what to do..."

He swallowed, head swimming with jumbled thoughts. As he thought about Iskra, he could swear he smelled her here. Had she followed him? "Her name is Iskra...I care about her very much, but I'm afraid to open up and trust her. I'm afraid that she might..." He trailed off. Unable to finish what he was saying. The thought of Iskra betraying him was too much, especially since he had fallen a great deal in love with her...but what could he do?
