Am I fighting to be heard but leaving no defence

Pyre watched the girl follow his lead as she hopped down with a surprising amount of grace and got into a pretty decent fighting stance. He chuckled at the giggle that escaped her and gave as much of a nod as he could manage with his head tucked down like it was. "Much better!" It looked like someone had worked with her at least a little bit already so at least she had a good foundation already. He didn't even know who this girl was, but he was already invested in making sure she was going to be successful. "Alright, miss champion, show me what you've got!" he said as he double checked all of his defenses and hunkered down into them a bit more with his hackles raised and a little bit of a snarl on his lips. He was sure that she couldn't, or wouldn't hopefully, hurt him too much, but he wanted to take it seriously for her so she could feel like it was a real fight. Any experience was good experience in his mind! |
