Don't Bring Me Down.... Bruuuuuce!

Claws clicking along the stone Pyralis peered into the main entrance where shadows fell and the air was much cooler. She was enjoying the sunlight but the call of exploration beat in her blood. That moment of hesitation was enough for her son to catch her. She turned warmly to him, a soft smile on her face. "Ah, Ashiel. Come to enjoy your spoils?" She moved toward him and nuzzled his cheek affectionately. "I'm proud of you, you know. And yes, of course I'm going to explore while I can." She winked at him. "You know, with this I will have explored all of Auster!" She felt proud of this fact and couldn't help flaunting her prowess as a navigator. "Come, won't you join me?"

She didn't wait for an answer and instead slipped into the cool shadows of the castle. Curving around one hallway then down a straight corridor lined with broken windows where sunlight streamed in.
