Was it so strange that the prospect of leading this youngster to the bottom of a gorge to teach her about healing was so thrilling? Probably not - it'd been a long while since she'd found anyone honestly interested in such things, and she'd be a fool to not take advantage of the opportunity. Even if she wasn't learning anything herself, teaching another what she knew was just as useful sometimes. It ensured she really knew what she was talking about and even allowed herself to ask questions herself as she went about anything she might've missed. The girl's eagerness earned a quick grin. "Alright then! We'll go slowly so we don't fall." Ending the lesson with some kind of permanent injuring wasn't exactly what Asvor had planned, though it certainly would make for an interesting change of events. Asvor was a bit more cautious than the child as she headed to the edge of the gorge, plotting out a way down. Once she was satisfied she'd mapped out a decently safe course in her head, she started down the side of the steep cliff, paws clinging to the ground with each cautious step, and urging Marvel to follow. |
