Sparrow wasn't totally sure how to feel about anything these days with those... spawn- her nieces and nephews- running around. She wasn't avoiding them, but she didn't approach them either. She didn't know where she stood- or where Lark stood. She used to dream about the day she became an aunt or a mother. She had imagines it would be the happiest day of her life, but it was nearly the opposite.
A call sounded at the borders. Sparrow knew that voice. It was the alpha of Talis. Sparrow had already heard of it falling. As she approached the man, she tried to figure out her stance. She saw Dragon, but did he see her? Judging by his eyes, he couldn't, but surely he would be able to scent and hear her soon.
"Dragon," Sparrow said calmly, "How are things treating you?"
