Couldn't Stay Away [Joining]
Regulus Anatolii Adravendi |
Regulus grinned softly, glad for Amos’ good-natured cheer. The boy certainly had a knack for lifting the spirits, and he found himself chuckling as he rose to his paws once more and stepped away to take up a stance about five feet away from Amos, face to face.
He grinned, eyes seemingly fully focused on Amos’, but watching the fuzzy white shape slinking carefully closer out of the corner of his eye. Closer and closer. He grinned, settling into a stance and tucking his chin neatly into place over his throat.
“Now. First Lesson. Always be aware of your surroundings. You never know when someone will fly in out of your blind-spots and attack you while you’re engaged with an opponent.” His first word was, in fact, a signal to his shimmering daughter, and she launched herself just as Regulus finished his small speech.
