The Time Has Come!

The fawn woman was out seeking to enjoy the last bits of warm sun from the season before it came cold and dark. Early Autumn was a strange time, it meant that summer was coming to an end and the chilled fall days would soon be upon them. It meant harder times were to come, but it also meant that most herbs would be dying off soon. Plant life wasn't meant to survive through the short, cold winter days. It meant she had very little time to collect herbs, but where to find them? With her desire to feel the last rays of sunshine, she was drawn to the ocean, where her curiosity peaked as she caught sight of an island just off the beach.

It took little time for her to cross over the shallow waves to the island, and there she began her search for last minute tropical herbs while the sunshine heated up her back. Serene was only a few yards inland when she heard commotion up ahead. Quickly she rushed forward when the faint scent of blood reach her nostrils. The sandy female burst through the vegetation only to come to face to face with quite the sight. A female that she did not recognize, with a cut to her leg, was in front of Xander. A small smile crossed her lips when she realized she recognized at least one of the faces, but she quickly switched to concern when she glanced back to the woman's leg. "Are you alright, miss?"
