They were paused beside one of the passages in the wall and it looked as though Aurielle was about to respond, but the sound of heavy paw steps drew both of their attention towards the wall. His muscles immediately tensed up and hackles prickling in defense. At that moment he wasn't sure if it was danger or friendly and with his young niece here it made him more tense. But like the leader she was being groomed to be Aurielle was quick to take a hold of the situation and he was close behind ready to back up and protect her if need be. The grey women was horribly close to the borders and the way she walked was..... abnormal? He didn't know how to explain it but it definitely did not look at all normal for a wolf. He moved up beside his niece his eyes focused on the women with a questioning look as Aurielle spoke to her. He wasn't sure if he really needed to say anything to her or not. The grey women was out awfully late and so close to the borders that it didn't set well with him at all. He was on the defensive, not sure what the women's motive was for being here. He remained alert senses trying to tell if there was any other's out there or if this women was alone. |
