Running around the East and South had gotten so much more fun since she turned a year old. Caelestis had gone to all kinds of places, though for now she tended to skirt around the lands she recognized as her old home. She wanted to explore them eventually, but after having lived there for so short a time at so young an age, the girl had enough unpleasant memories attached to them to not feel too keen on rushing her return to the area.

Skidding her way down a slope she'd underestimated the steepness of, the young woman found herself in a particularly barren land. Mismatched eyes scanned the area curiously. It was mostly lacking vegetation, though what it lacked in plant life it made up for in other points of interest. Strange metal beasts were visible nearby, objects the likes of which the young wolf had never seen. She was preparing to investigate when movement to her right caught her eye. A stranger was shuffling through the land, clearly looking for something with the way he was sniffing around so intent. Never one to avoid speaking to strangers - to her parent's dismay - she marched on over, tail wagging lightly in a friendly manner. Barking a greeting so as to not startle the man before she trotted closer, Caelestis grinned at the man. Settling ito a seated position a respectful distance away, she canted her head, ears pricked, brows furrowed, and eyes squinting slightly. "What're you lookin' for?" she asked, skipping the introductions to get to the interesting stuff.
