What Does The Mirror Reflect?

Exploring wasn't exactly her chosen profession per say, but Alis would be remiss if she didn't learn every nook and cranny of the lands she intended to inhabit for the foreseeable future, right? Boreas was, in her mind, now quite off limits, but Auster was plenty large enough to do a fair amount of wandering without getting bored just yet. And that was why she found herself in another new place, lounging in the water of the falls. She'd found a large rock at the top and her front half rested on it while her hind end was enjoying the cool water. She was mostly soaked, which was fantastic because she didn't plan on overheating and the day was warm. Summer sure had a death grip on the land, bleh.
It was then that she caught a faint trace of a scent on the wind. And, was that the sound of someone approaching? Alis had been doing a lot of running this morning, so she wasn't too eager to stop soaking in the water juuust yet. Instead she waited a few moments before glancing around and peering over the falls to see who might be arriving.
