The man prowled the forest, mis-matched eyes roving the horizon for his next meeting; his next shot at building his kingdom. The sweet scent of a woman, young and untainted reached him and his brows shot up. Nabis turned to follow her trail; the fog obscuring his view until the form of a large rock appeared a few feet from him, and lounging under it was a giantess. He stopped a respectful distance from her; offering the woman a nod. "I hope you're not a ghost." He spoke, tone light and joking. Something about the woman told him that she wasn't going to be a meek little lamb; no her physic spoke to harshness and power. He would need to play things safe here, much as he figured he could handle himself in a fight he'd rather avoid it if he could; not to mention he was much more confidant in his wordsmith. |
