Cuddled tightly with his brother, he wouldn't realize even as he was disturbed by the fading of warmth. Father had whispered to them and Meph had apparently been a little more eager than himself to wake up. But once Kefka understood what was happening, his ears would first perk up in his sleeping position, before his head popped up unexpectedly. Seeing as Meph left the den, he wouldn't wait even a second before jumping to his paws and racing outside.

Coming to the other men of the family, he'd trip over his paws and quickly regain himself as if it never even happened. Perhaps he had just grown used to grabbing the balance whenever he needed it. Who knew he'd grow into these paws one day?

His mother would come out from the den and he'd look at her with a devilish grin. Immediately he would bolt, running past Meph and Kaine and into the "empire" as his father called it. "I'm ganna beat you there!" He expected Meph to come after him, and of course their short legs wouldn't get them anywhere quick. There was no fear for him, he was just as eager as his brother.
