The Little Beaver That Could

Geoffrey was bored. He'd made all kinds of medicine, but there were only so many plant/insect/dirt combinations out there and the boy was quite certain he'd made them all. After medicine his attention had turned to building things. He'd dammed up a small creek and successfully (and accidentally) made a little pool to stomp around in. Geoffrey had then, in order to stake his claim and make it known that yes indeed, the pool was his creation, he'd built a little fence around it by shoving small sticks into the mud at its edge.
The boy left to get more sticks and by the time he came back the little pool had seeped passed its boundaries. The side furthest away from the creek was now a solid inch passed the line of sticks that had once marked its edge. "Aw man!" he huffed. Now he was going to have to take them all out and start over!
