Steps in the right direction

The last ditch effort she had given to look for her children had left her empty handed and she finally decided to make her way to the pack that Ara had chosen for them. She tried to be at peace with the idea that Tiburtius was at least keeping an eye on Jayne and that they might make their way over this direction eventually. At this point traveling like this was putting too much of a strain on her aging bones so it wasn't doing anyone any good for her to keep looking. She approached the border of the pack and felt a bit of excited nerves bubble up in her stomach. She hadn't been a part of a pack in such a long time and she just hoped that she could make a good impression on the wolves here. It was a bit late int he game to be starting a new life for herself, but she was looking forward to it none of the less. She let out a howl, calling for the leader of the pack and hopefully for Ara as well. She missed her traveling companion and was certainly looking forward to living in one place with her. Athena gave herself a quick shake to make sure her fur was laying nicely and then settled down onto her haunches to wait for someone to answer her call. |
