Despite her enjoyment of the solitude she heard the monotone bark directly after it happened, teal eyes popping open wide to come to rest on a large wolf, one that was at least 5 inches taller than herself; Possibly even more, who knew. Brettia's gaze scanned him over one final time, noting the comforting wag his tail displayed. At least they seemed friendly, that was a promising sign for certain. Her legs now worked beneath her, kicking underneath in rhythmic motion. Luck for the female coordination was on her side in a long shot, she wasn't the clumsy type at all whether it was mental or physical.
As she began to near the bank she released a slow exhale, enjoying the soft squish of weightless sand against her toes. Finally stepping out of the water a gentle shiver rolled over her frame as the sea breeze hit her upon exit, shaking her pelt out roughly she continued. Her bicolored pelt clung to her average frame tightly, she wasn't overly muscled but she certainly wasn't starving. Teal eyes once again setting on the male before her, Brettia stepped into a slow walk as she casually made her way over to him. "Good afternoon, may I ask who's graced my presence?" Brettia knew nothing but manners, at least upon first interaction. She never judged a book by its cover, allowing their own actions to form her opinion of them as a being.
Now sitting down on the sandy beach beneath her the females' ear twitched ever so often from the annoying screech of a seagull, they were wonderful birds but their call was horrid. Leaning to her left side she propped herself up on one leg, her back leg soon came around to deliver a small gentle itch behind her ear. She didn't want to look ratty from her swim, however, her fur certainly wasn't as silken before she took her dip.
