Morning dawned cooler than most for the summer but Valdís found the shift in weather refreshing. She knew sooner or later it would heat up again and she'd be left longing for the dew-drenched morning hours. Slipping out from her den she moved to find a good place for a spar. Since the meeting she'd been meaning to call Ferrous to her for a spar and perhaps some training though she never really considered herself much of a teacher. Either way she wouldn't really know what the girl knew until they battled against one another.

Well, there was no time like the present. Tipping back her head she howled for Ferrous. It was time to work on their skills.
