he was doing nothing in particular. that's the thing. he was bored stiff. the young man wandered into this particular set area with no plans. wasn't that the best sort of plan, though? to be free and to have options? not everyone seemed to think that way though. lo and behold, there was a wolf ahead. a wolf from a pack. oh, Puck could think of all the restrictions this pretty thing had going for her. his point was being a loner never bothered him. even the boredom was better than flailing around and hoping you didn't insult some other person in your club. no, loner life was for him. and he didn't need anyone telling him any different. but aside from being a bit hesitant to approach a pack wolf of all things, Puck tilted his head curiously to the river. the lady was interested in it, for sure, and he could only guess she was tryin' to fish. "well, hello there!" he beamed as he approached her. he was a stranger, an option without a variable to her, so he kept his distance. for all he knew she was vicious. didn't look it though. Puck kept his tone down so not to scare the fish, but it was clear he was friendly. "this ain't pack land, is it?" he went on, hoping he had not trod on it. it was also very clear she belonged to a gang of different canines. he didn't know her position or ranking, and it didn't really bother him if he knew. and like it would even be taken into consideration. she wasn't his leader. he was his own. still, though, he began to sit down. he didn't really give a flying crap if she didn't want him near her. she couldn't boss him around. and he wasn't really near-near her. he kept his respectable distance to be sure. |
