Bend and dig the earth

He had some time yet before the plants would begin to die. He had a few more things needed to complete his stores for the winter. Though he wasn't a healer he knew the basics which included what plants were used and which to stay far away from. This allowed him to collect herbs without the aid of a healer, which he currently did not have. He moved along the damp earth looking through the foliage for the herbs he was looking for. His leather satchel was slung unto him in case he needed to carry more then just a few. He wanted to make sure he could trade through the winter. Knowing herbs would be needed during these times. It drew his thoughts back to Aranea when he had first met her it was winter and she needed plants for her pack in Auster. He had never been there before and there was at least one pack down there. He wanted to go find her, make sure the pack didn't need anything, but he wasn't to sure the actual direction of Auster. Her pack may need herbs again this year. He moved slow and steady among the foliage. Keeping his nose to the ground he tried to pick up the herb's scent, but he wasn't able to sniff it out. |
