The pups were now old enough to be out of the den and the pack was overdue for a meeting. He mainly wanted his pups to see all of the faces of the pack and to see if there would be interest in mentors. He knew he could at least handle hunting with a few, but he hoped to get as much help as he could from the others, hoping the tasks would bring the pack together more. With Derecho and Torin back he felt it was the right time to call the pack together. He did his morning patrol and then headed back to the den, to make sure the kids were awake. If not he would need to get them up and fallowing him to the meeting. Once back he popped his head into the den.
"Star, Kids, come on out time to fallow me to a pack meeting," he called before stepping back and waiting.
He waited until everyone was out of the den before leading the way through the willows into the valley. He picked a more open spot in the valley before turning to face his family with a smile.
"Now sit with your mother and try to remain still, this may be a long meeting and I know it's hard, but afterwards we can go for a walk and explore the valley" he said.
Once they had settled he took his seat in front of them and lifted his head letting out a deep howl to summon the pack. It was time to gather and to meet the new faces officially. He was excited for everyone to meet his family, and proud to show of such beautiful and energetic pups. He lowered his head and waited.
