The howl had her lifting her head from her busy work. She'd been staying close to her den and digging several smaller bolt holes in the territories. With an abraxas having been on the borders and Torin and Frost refusing to believe her she wanted to ensure her own safety as well as her children's. Naeva was one of the few that stayed close to her though. Though Naeva couldn't learn from her what she truly wanted. Jewell would have to ask Torin if he would find a healer to teach her. Jewell on the other hand felt trapped here in lirim but to scared to leave the confines of the pack lands. She moved from the bolt hole she was digging and towards Frostbite's call. She didn't know if anyone had even noticed her separation from the pack even further. She was starting to even go so far as to avoid even Torin. She'd at one point have never dreamed of avoiding anyone but nowadays she couldn't think of anything better for her. With the potential of an abraxas now in their midst and no one wanting to think of the safety of the children over their usual kindness to strangers, she wasn't sure she wanted to be near anyone. Not to mention Faite and Rory had finally in her mind been accepted as never coming back. Abandonment was an issue with her enough already and this only made things worse. She stopped a short distance from frostbite and looked over his mate and pups. She gave him a small smile though it wasnt the one that used to light up a place and make others want to forget their problems anymore. In fact it was broken, much like her.
