Torin gently nudged Derecho's shoulder with his nose. They'd been napping in her den, Torin blearily blinking awake to see her sleeping face, subconscious tired smile pulling at his lips. He watched her quietly, watching as she breathed... He suppressed a groan when Frostbite's call reached him; wanting nothing more than to wait for Derecho to wake up herself but it seemed he wouldn't get the chance. So no he'd gently try to rouse her. "You uncle is calling for us." He cooed gently; nosing at her ear before rising to his paws and stretching.

Outside the den he would wait for Derecho to join him, for a brief moment he considered his own, now abandoned den, and how quickly it felt like things had changed. Then he allowed his mind to wander to the coming meeting, they hadn't exactly agreed on calling it but Torin figured the both of them had been drawn away from the pack for long enough and it was probably better to have a meeting now that they were both more tied down to the pack.

He considered all the things he would need to mention, assuming of course Frostbite didn't mention them first; they didn't exactly have a script for their less than planned meeting. These thoughts swirled in his mind as he and Derecho approached the meeting place. He pulled up just a little before Frostbite, giving him a dip of his head and allowing Derecho to give any greeting she may have wanted to before nosing at her shoulder one last time and joining Frostbite's side, smiling down at the pups gathered around his paws.

Torin swept dual toned gaze over the gathered wolves, glad to see so many of the newer faces had turned out and a trill of relief coursing through him as he spotted his niece and nephews; though that feeling quickly soured in his gut. Still he'd keep his face as an impassive mask, waiting for Frostbite to lead the meeting, he'd been the one who'd called it after all.
