He looked at the woman, wide eyed, taken aback by her apparent familiarity with him. “I- Have we…Met?” He asked, cocking his head slightly in confusion. She seemed to imply that she had known him from his days as a pup, which only added to his curiosity. Had she known his parents? His parents had barely known each other, it was strange to think that either of the surely wolves that sired him would have friends. His mind touched briefly on the pack his father had hailed from and he felt an odd weightlessness run through him.

At his ear Eura chittered and tugged on the fur of his neck, gaining his attention while she pointed to the woman and then to herself. “Oh! Right, this is Eura she was-, my father-… she’s a friend.” He said finally, still clearly flustered. The second woman approached from a distance and seemed to be watching them intently, which only served to unsettle him further, but he would let the woman, whoever she was, take care of the introductions for him.
