Her lithe form slipped into the dark water with ease, and she with held a gasp at the shock of the chilly water. For a long moment her claws dug into the muddy ground beneath the lake's surface as she drew more near the stranger. Eisleif kept her blue gaze on the unknown woman, curious about her even more now that she had invited her into the water. She kept herself poised and ready, she'd never fought in the water before but the prospect did more than intrigue her. Of course she wouldn't be the first to attack, but if the woman wanted a spar Eisleif wasn't going to turn her down.
The two she wolves were drawn more near, Eisleif expected the other woman to speak but there was a sudden flash. The Finnvi woman was Taken into the bioluminescent magic as the lightning bug flashed between them before dancing away. Her dark ears were flicked forward at the sound of the soft chuckle. Her gaze was caught by the other's bright blue orbs and she felt her lips pull up in a faint smile.
She would not be deterred as the stranger leaned closer, just as determined to keep the quiet of the night. The whisper in her ear brought forth the name of the one who had summoned her into the water. Thorne, with no surname apparent. Eisleif felt herself relax further at the smile dancing on the sorrel woman's features as she asked her purpose. The Finnvi found herself mirroring the expression, perplexed by Thorne's whispers.
"I am no creature of the night," she whispered back in her heavy accent. "Eisleif Finnvi, Viking of the North. Traveling the lands of Boreas, seeking those of similar values. Servants, followers, slaves.. Companions." she raised her eyebrows at the last of the words. This woman did not strike her as one to lay down and be claimed by another. "What is it you seek, Thorne of the lake?" her voice remained low as she too drew more near her pleasant company.
