Thaddeus Rogue has been worried. He has watched Sa Lumi?re pace about, he could tell that she was getting tired much quicker, that she was becoming restless because of that. He worried for the woman, his wife, his mate, Sa Lumi?re. He wanted to comfort her, but just as he was about to make his move, to get her to rest; for maybe she was sick, and she needed her rest; she was gone. He panicked at first, his mind thinking of all the bad things that could go wrong, that she could be hurt and bleeding in some bush and he would not even know... But as he went into full freak out mode, he went from 60 to 0 as he relied that he was a tracker from birth. He calmed himself with will alone and put his nose to the dirt and fallowed her heavenly scent. It lead him not to far from his brothers home and then her sweet voice filled the air around him. A soft sigh lifted from his muzzle, his relief filled him as he set out and fallowed her howl.
She was not far from where he heard her voice, he rushed forward in a tide of snow and skirted to a stop in front of her, his face shoved into the fur under he neck. He closed his eyes as his mind caught up with his body. She was fine, she was safe, and he had her back. His world that had tipped on its head was back into alignment. "Don't you dare scare me like that, you shaved two years off my life, Ma Lumi?re," he chuckled, his voice light, fear still percent in the undertone of his tone.
"Where where you anyway, Ayala? Why did you leave the pack?" He was edgy, his mind racing as the thoughts of what could have happened to her, non of it was pretty. He pressed his face deeper into her chest, his black and white face mingling with her fur, his breath deep bringing in her smell. Now that he thought about it, something has changed, it was such a subtle change, just a bit at a time, but now that he had been separated from her, it hit him full on. Something has changed her base scent, and he felt that it was something big and maybe was the reason why she had made this weird journey when she was feeling weak.
