Tyranis felt a sudden Pop as his fangs sank into the bear’s eye followed by a rush of salty fluid. The bear roared in pain as the fiery male thrashed his head and was then thrown to the ground as the bear stood. Tyranis held onto the bear’s oily eyelid, letting his paws dangle at his sides until the bear struck him full force and sent him flying, leaving a weeping black hole where its eye should have been in the process.
Tyranis’s fall was thankfully broken by the snow but he could already feel the tenderness in his ribs where a massive bruise would form. He rose with a snarl, his plush coat spraying out in all directions as he endeavored to make himself appear larger, his tail raised like a war banner as he flashed his bloodstained fangs. The bear gave a mighty and furious roar that may as well have shaken the earth under his paws, but Tyranis held his ground, keeping the bear’s attention to allow the other two to move in.
