"You didn't miss much by leaving," he admitted wryly. "I didn't really ever get my footing as an alpha and I had this whole 'stick it to the man' thing going on but it turns out that's really hard to do when you ARE The Man. I couldn't cut it as an alpha with that attitude and I ended up cutting everyone loose." He sighed, wrinkling his nose. "I had a few kids of my own and I guess it made me grow up a bit," he added, chuckling, "because I realized that I had been going about being an alpha all wrong. Hoping I get it right this time. I let too many people down with Crew and it's been eating at me.
He shrugged, then glanced down at his wounds as she did. "Sure, Doc, what ever you think is best. I never did have the knack for healing stuff." He thought he knew how to recognize trillium, but had never thought to use them for healing. That had always been his mom and Vana's thing.
His plans? He chuckled again. "That's a complicated question. I'm not planning on changing a whole lot of the actual pack structure, but I don't plan on being quite so HARD TO FIND as it was before. A little more involved with the rest of the continent."
