Blood was thicker than water, or so the saying went and in that moment Eisleif couldn’t deny its truth. Eisleif wanted glory, and no good warrior gained that with out their shield mates. She was closely related to Valkyrie, what other bond than blood did they need? Besides, she had her father’s blessing and Eisleif wouldn’t ignore that. Valkyrie seemed to agree with Eisleif’s prediction for the future, and even though the wind roared around them she could hear the power in the young Finnvi’s voice. Valkyire would indeed have use of her, and Eisleif was quick to nod in acceptance. ”Then you shall have me.” She stood a little taller, ready to be called upon when needed. ”Boreas will be laid open for the picking.” |
