Hunter's Paradise
Tyranis had wandered Westward from his newly founded territory to further inspect the South. It seemed that the area was becoming overrun with packs and it was slowly beginning to chafe at him. He had half a mind to retake the territory Ruina had laid claim to, but the mysterious whispers he sometimes heard in the shrine had been too much for him to pass up. He stalked through the prairie with little regard for the animals that sensed his presence and fled, he simply wandered with his mind adrift.
It was a scent on the wind that brought his wandering thoughts to a screeching halt, something overly familiar to a more primitive part of his mind that he couldn’t entirely place. He followed the scent with his nose turned to the ground, his tail raised to align with his back as he moved closer. At first he didn’t recognize the woman standing beside the small pile of hares, the last time he saw her she was a uniform ball of grey, but now the resemblance to their mother was unmistakable. He stood staring at her, his mouth agape as he reached wildly for the name of his lost sister. “Derecho.”
