Easy as a life

Pegasus followed Cèlestin at an easy pace, happy as ever just to be in his presence. His time alone with the male seemed to become more frequent and their relationship even only seemed to become closer as the days progressed. Silently Peg imagined the two as a pair walking the streets of his home, Cèl's vivid and exotic pelt drawing heads and interested whispers as the young prince escorted him through the square and to his family's villa.

He had only heard the young man’s comment vaguely as they reached the oasis and Peg's eyes suddenly widened at the luminous display painted across the sky “It looks like…” you his thoughts finished but he determined the comment would be inappropriate. “It's not like anything I've ever seen before.” He said amazed, watching as the brilliant colors rippled across the sky like silk ribbons at a spring fair. “It's so beautiful” he said and as he was absorbed into the display his own voice became distant. Star struck Pegasus sank onto his rear, his head turned upward and his head turning as he watched the colors dance across the sky. In spite of himself he found himself glancing at Cèl's back end, then blushed and returned his attention skyward. There was indeed an unmistakable resemblance between the two
