Can We Pretend That Airplanes In The Night Sky Are Like Shooting Stars?
It was a rare night away from her children… Philomena had gone out on a mission, one that had taken most of the day and she was honestly slowly making her way home. The female had been searching for creatures to become companions to her children… but thus far hadn’t found anything. It was disappointing to say the least… and the female could only hope that the children weren’t driving their uncle too crazy. Evangelos had apparently snuck away from the den under No Face’s watch once… hence why with her longer trip she had put them in Ulric’s care. She was sure her brother was doing fine with them though. They were probably all excited to meet more family.
It made her yearn for her parents. She hadn’t seen any sign of her mother since her return and it broke Philomena’s heart. But still… she wasn’t going to give up chasing her dreams. Her mother would want her to be happy. Less reckless, probably, but hey…
Moving along the cliffs Philly’s gaze was suddenly drawn skyward. The movement of light was hard to miss… and at first Philomena dismissed it. Until it happened again. Again… and again. Philomena’s eyes widened as the stars began falling across the horizon like crazy.
“Gods…” Philomena muttered. She looked around after a few moments and it was only then that her gaze fell on a pup… and one so brilliantly red she would have mistaken him as a bloodied figure at first. Philomena approached him slowly, keeping a respectful distance. Softly she barked to the stranger. “Curious sight, is it not?”

- Philomena has a bat hawk companion named No Face who is generally somewhere nearby if he is mentioned at all in a thread. If not mentioned, assume he is not there!
