She knew something was going on at the border, and made her way there the moment she heard the howl. She arrived after her warriors, and was pleased at the show of force, even before fully grasping the situation. She and Rhyme had them all on high alert after finding Epith,and this showed that they had been listening.

She moved next to Rhythm, and looked across at the wolf, and Ace, who had already engaged the stranger. She narrowed her eyes as she took in the fight. It was good for them to react, but she needed more information, and fast. “Rhyme, catch me up” she told him softly, bending her head close to the boy and tilting her ear towards his muzzle, so he could speak soft and quickly until she knew exactly what was going on.

If she felt anything at being in close proximity to the man, not a single wisp of it showed on her features.
